The airport provides those with disabilities with showers, toilets, ramps and lowered telephones. Wheelchairs are provided by the Tourism New South Wales desk on Arrivals level 1 of Terminal 1 International.

Over 130 retail and service outlets can be found throughout the airport. These include beauty and hair salons, a wine store, an Australian produce shop, international and Australian fashion stores, and an array of specialty stores.

Those who fly in on business will find postal and fax facilities provided by Australia Post, positioned in the center of departures level 2, and the airport bar also offers Internet and email services. Transportation and parking at Sydney airport

An Airport Rail Link connects International Terminal 1, the domestic terminals, central Sydney and the Sydney suburbs. Airport Rail Link stations are found in terminals 1, 2 and 3 and near the Express Terminal. Trains operate every ten minutes at peak times and every 15 minutes on the weekends and during slower times. You can also take a bus into the city. The bus area is located outside the International Terminal 1 Arrivals hall, next to the airport's outdoor Piazza. At the domestic terminals, waiting areas are located outside the Express Terminal and opposite Terminal 2 Domestic and Terminal 3 Qantas.

There is a taxi stand outside the mid-point of the Arrivals hall in International Terminal 1. There are also taxi stands directly outside each of the domestic terminals.

Three different Sydney airport parking lots are available. The International Terminal 1 Car Park is on the Arrivals level of the International Terminal.
