San Francisco International Airport handles domestic flights and international connections to and from Asia, Europe, and Latin America. It is located 14 miles south of San Francisco, so it not only serves San Francisco but also Silicon Valley and the wider Bay Area.

Duty-free shops can be found in terminal 1, boarding area B; boarding area A and G of the international terminal; and another at terminal 3, boarding area E. The international terminal (northside) houses the business center, which is in the main hall near the ticket counters.
